RBWM Filming Request - Guidance

Two weeks should be allowed for this process. Please provide as much detail as possible especially with respect to dimensions and layout. There is a standard administration charge (including VAT) and applications that are submitted within this period may be subject to a higher charge.

You will need to indemnify the Council against any claims which may arise as a result of your event.

Public Liability Insurance cover for a minimum of £5,000,000 (five million pounds) for any one claim must be provided (certificate must be provided).

Please note that you must also obtain approval from the Police who will advise on traffic and safety matters.
