- Please note, Completion certificates and Decision Notices issued after the 1st July 2021 will be available to view on the Council’s public access system.
- For applications prior to the 1st July 2021, please complete the following to request an emailed copy of a Completion certificate and/or Building Regulations Decision Notice. Once a payment has been received, the copies will be emailed to you within 10 working days. Please do not pay at this stage as a payment request will be sent out once we have confirmed that the documents are available.
- Please note, we do not have documents relating to any work carried out by Approved Inspectors or work carried out under the Competent Persons Scheme eg FENSA, GASAFE, NICEIC, CORGI etc.
